Gifts

We all have something that we do, whether it be painting , writing , or whatever we do that
helps to make us who we are and keeps our sanity.  Yet some do not look at these things
for what they really are.
When someone writes a book or poem that becomes a best seller or when someone’s
painting becomes famous that is different, because they made money off it...no...yes their
talent paid dividend but its deeper than that...its about whether you are at home writing a
poem for yourself or for the world its still a gift.
The gift is the talent that God bestowed upon you....yet the gift is also giving it back to the
world....so every time I get up and play I look at the gift I’ve been given of music yet the
songs I write and play are a gift back....I hope someone likes them.......
so...to all of the talented musicians , writers , photographers , and performers out there...I
say use your gifts........that’s what they are for...and you will find that your gift becomes
someone else’s when they hear see or read what you’ve done................
